Pelvic Floor Rehab

Strengthening Pelvic Muscle Supports for Incontinence and Recovery

Back to All Services

Clinical Overview

Pelvic floor rehabilitation is a highly specialized therapy targeting the muscle sling that supports the bladder, bowel, and uterus. Weakness or excessive tension in these muscles can cause bladder leakage (incontinence), pelvic discomfort, or pregnancy complications. Our clinical team provides private, comfortable, and highly compassionate care, utilizing targeted biofeedback and muscle retraining to restore function.
